Build and scale campaign placements, triggers, and ad-tech tooling.
Integrate SSP demand sources and improve OpenRTB auction flows.
Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers on technical designs.
Ship incremental value while preserving long-term platform quality.
Work across remote and on-site contexts with focus on performance.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering (backend & frontend).
Strong backend in Go, Java, or similar with production APIs.
Strong frontend in React and TypeScript with product interfaces.
Experience designing RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and SOA.
Model business logic for campaigns, placements, segmentation, or reporting.
Distributed systems fundamentals, debugging, observability, and performance.
Ad-tech knowledge: supply/demand, OpenRTB, SSP integrations, latency.
Telemetry or analytics to power reporting and visibility.
