🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years software engineering; exceptional 2-3 yrs with strong track record.
- Backend: Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Redis; Kubernetes in production.
- Frontend: React, TypeScript; shadcn/ui or Material UI.
- Full-stack mindset; own features end-to-end.
- Hands-on fluency with agentic tools: Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
- Bonus: LangGraph/Langfuse experience; AML/fraud domain knowledge.
