Senior Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist

📋 Description

• Own logistics, fulfillment, and inventory operations
• Fulfill orders with vendors and coordinate shipments
• Share tracking details and keep order data clean
• Maintain weekly inventory updates and monthly reports
• Troubleshoot hardware issues with customers
• Collaborate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, CS, IT, Accounting, Legal

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or hardware ops
• Experience with vendors, inventory systems, and shipping processes
• Comfortable owning both execution and process improvement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration
• Nice-to-Have: CRM, ITSM, inventory platforms; Jira/Confluence
