Senior Frontend Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop new customer experience capabilities and product offerings from design through release
• Balance speed to market with long-term growth by designing for today and the horizon
• Iterate through experiments to learn and improve the customer experience
• Partner with Product to define initiatives and build quarterly roadmaps
• Ensure system availability via on-call rotations and proactive reliability improvements
• Mentor engineers on the team and across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building web applications
• Strong React skills with hooks, context, patterns, and performance optimization
• TypeScript proficiency in a production environment
• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, RTL, Cypress)
• Experience running A/B experiments and using data to inform product decisions
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
