🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript in large codebases, and related technologies (Vite, ES6, Radix, ShadCN, Storybook).
- 8+ years frontend experience as part of a team, following established engineering and project management practices (Agile, Scrum), contributing to code reviews and familiarity with agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospective).
- Experience leading frontend system designs and architecture decisions, backed up with written technical specifications/RFCs responding to product requirements.
- Experience with advanced React patterns and concepts - Hooks, Context, performance optimization, state management tradeoffs.
- Experience with coding standards in a team environment - readability, DRY vs WET, type-safety and testability.
