📋 Description

• Implement a custom WordPress theme (based on _s) with component templates.
• Model content with ACF Pro (repeaters, options pages) and connect to dynamic theme views.
• Build responsive sections (hero, grids, accordions, tabs, sliders, forms) with keyboard/focus support and WCAG AA accessibility.
• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals): images, lazy loading, CLS, caching-friendly markup; integrate Gravity Forms and GTM/GA4.
• Collaborate with QA on cross-browser/device compliance; contribute to a lightweight design system; follow CI and ticket visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building custom WordPress themes (not limited to page builders) with strong PHP and query optimization.
• Semantic HTML, modern CSS (Grid/Flexbox) and vanilla JS/TS.
• Strong experience with ACF Pro (repeaters, options pages, structured data modeling) and Gutenberg.
• Accessibility best practices (focus management, ARIA patterns) across modern desktop/mobile browsers.
• Performance optimization (image handling, srcset, lazy loading, minimizing layout shift, Lighthouse).
• Git and CI workflows; GA4 via GTM; cookie consent solutions and basic consent mode implementations.
