📋 Description

• Lead frontend architecture decisions for a platform serving thousands of concurrent agents across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo.
• Design and build responsive, accessible, performant interfaces using React + TypeScript.
• Author architecture and design documents (RFCs) aligning cross-functional teams on technical direction.
• Partner with product, design, and backend engineers to ship automations and AI-powered features boosting agent productivity.
• Set the bar for engineering quality through rigorous code review, performance audits, testing standards, and operational readiness.
• Debug, profile, and optimize the platform for performance, accessibility, and reliability across browsers and devices.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the team's overall technical depth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years frontend experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong architecture and system design; RFCs; scale trade-offs.
• Solid testing discipline; testing as part of coding.
• Focus on performance and accessibility; ship inclusive UI.
• AI-aware workflow; trust model when appropriate.
• Able to handle ambiguity; draft RFCs; ship and iterate.
