Senior Front-End Developer

📋 Description

• Determine design project feasibility and tech requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain responsive web apps with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement mockups and wireframes.
• Optimize apps for speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to teammates.
• Troubleshoot and debug across browsers and devices.
• Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure code is optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Maintain and update existing websites to improve usability and design.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and Higher Logic Vanilla platforms.
• Serve as customer advocate to internal engineering teams for bug fixes.
• Participate in dev-phase meetings for discovery and site reviews.
• All other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain tech concepts.
• Solid understanding of design, copy, and web design practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with SASS or similar.
• Proficient with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Translate business requirements into creative strategies for customers.
• Prioritize and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to drive multiple projects.
• Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
