Analyze new account applications to detect fraud patterns (identity theft, synthetic IDs)
Evaluate transactional activity, identifying anomalies and irregularities
Thoroughly investigate fraud alerts, documenting findings
Collaborate with Credit Risk, Compliance, and Support to resolve issues
Communicate with customers to verify activity and gather documentation
Liaise with financial institutions and law enforcement to support investigations

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years of fraud prevention or investigations
Experience with cards, payments, invoices, lending
Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication
Nice to have NACHA rules and regulations
Nice to have experience in high-growth startups
Nice to have SQL or Python knowledge
