- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets); BI tools such as Tableau preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and commercial data to analyze GTM performance.
- Solid understanding of accounting systems and linking forecasts to actuals and cash flow.
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset, comfortable with imperfect data.
- Clear, confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English; German a plus.
