Senior FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Lead forecasting, performance tracking, and shareholder reporting under the CFO.
• Own budgeting, strategic planning, and variance analysis across all functions.
• Deliver investor-grade board reporting, models, dashboards, insights.
• Track and optimize core SaaS metrics with GTM, BI, leadership.
• Build driver-based models for scenario planning, hiring, pricing, investments.
• Interface with BI, Tableau, and Salesforce for accurate data in planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or SaaS modeling; investor reporting a plus.
• Strong mastery of SaaS metrics and planning logic (ARR, churn, CAC, margins).
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets); BI tools such as Tableau preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and commercial data to analyze GTM performance.
• Solid understanding of accounting systems and linking forecasts to actuals and cash flow.
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset, comfortable with imperfect data.
• Clear, confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
