Senior FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Own revenue forecasting across New Business, Expansion, and Churn; ensure MRR visibility.
• Build scenario models to inform hiring, capacity planning, and investments.
• Partner with GTM to define ROI metrics, profitability targets, and tracking frameworks.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Data to improve reporting accuracy and data access.
• Model and validate sales incentives, ramp assumptions, and hiring roadmaps.
• Track core SaaS KPIs: pipeline, retention, and revenue efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional finance qualification (CA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in finance or FP&A roles within data-rich environments.
• Strong SaaS and GTM metrics knowledge, including MRR dynamics, retention, pipeline, and revenue forecasting.
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Omni) and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to move between detailed analysis and executive-level storytelling.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
