- Own annual budget process end-to-end with cross-department inputs.
- Develop and track KPIs linking activity to financial outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years FP&A in high-growth or startup environments.
- Cross-functional partner and strategic advisor to exec leaders.
- Hands-on AI/automation in FP&A workflows; examples required.
- Advanced modeling: 3-statement, revenue, cash forecasting, LRP, valuation.
- SQL and/or Python experience highly desired.
- Experience with EPM/ERP systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, Adaptive, Aleph).
