🎯 Requirements

- Direct experience supporting technical or R&D orgs (Eng/Prod/Design).
- Prior SaaS experience; familiar with ARR, GRR, NRR, Bookings, CLV.
- Experience with AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly close, headcount planning.
- Pricing and packaging modeling; pricing strategy exposure.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel; executive storytelling.
