🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years FP&A experience, incl. 2+ years supporting GTM
- Strong SaaS metrics: ARR, LTV/CAC, retention, and pipeline
- Experience partnering with VP and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional financial modeling and business analysis skills
- Adaptive Insights, Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Domo/Tableau/Qlik)
- SQL or customer-level data experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or compelling story
- Comfort in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and business impact
