🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or analytical field.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting; cash flow management.
- Proven experience managing and leasing data center equipment; deep financial/operational processes.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills for lease portfolios and lender negotiations.
- Strong communication with capital partners, senior leadership and program stakeholders.
