🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English.
PhD or Master in AI/data science or self-made.
7-10+ years as a technical contributor on AI-based products.
Experience in Fine-Tuning LLMs, advanced RAG or agentic use cases.
Deep understanding of ML/LLMs concepts and algorithms.
Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and deploying AI products.
Ideally: Open-source contributions and Forward Deployed/Staff experience.
