Work directly with defense and intelligence orgs to understand operational problems
Deploy and integrate Mattermost in classified environments
Build plugins, integrations, and automations for operational workflows
Prototype new capabilities quickly and iterate on operator feedback
Debug complex systems operating in constrained environments
Help shape the Mattermost platform based on mission needs

🎯 Requirements

Go, Python, TypeScript or similar
Kubernetes, distributed systems, and APIs
Experience deploying systems in secure or classified environments
Experience building integrations or operational tooling
Strong communication with engineers and operators
Willingness to travel ~1 week per month
Experience with DoD/IC or national security environments
