Own end-to-end delivery for complex partner launches; lead cross-team scoping and execution.
Ship code to the core product; scale features across platforms to grow adoption.
Design new integration patterns, interfaces, and end-to-end systems.
Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, and Eng to align on scope and surface gaps early.
Identify and remove friction in integrations and partner support via new tooling.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience with production-quality code.
Experience building end-to-end backend systems across the stack.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to represent Parafin with external partners.
Strong problem-solving skills; able to drive progress in ambiguity.
