🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record leading complex enterprise tech engagements.
- Deep production LLM: multi-agent orchestration, MCP/tool-use, RAG optimization.
- System architecture across enterprise systems, cloud infra, AI services.
- Able to create reusable technical assets for production.
- Strong written and verbal communication; docs, runbooks, memos, training.
- Travel 25–50% domestically and internationally.
- Eligible to work in Germany on an ongoing basis.
- Fluency in English required.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
