Own end-to-end accounting for non-infrastructure fixed assets and real estate leases.
Manage lifecycle for operating leases and subleases per ASC 842.
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures for assets and leases.
Partner with Real Estate, Technical Accounting, FP&A and other finance teams.
Drive process improvements and automation for scalable, trusted data.
Independently evaluate accounting implications of new activities; support audits.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of progressive accounting experience with end-to-end ownership of complex areas.
Strong technical accounting foundation for fixed assets and leasing.
Hands-on experience accounting for operating leases and subleases under ASC 842.
Experience supporting quarterly and annual financial reporting, including disclosures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with flux analyses and reporting.
Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills required.
