- Read/interpret construction docs including drawings, specs, and contracts.
- Apply NFPA standards based on building type and features.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of fire protection design experience.
- Proven experience with AutoSprink and Revit.
- NICET Level III–IV in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 13/13R/13D and related standards.
- Experience with BIM coordination for fire sprinkler systems across types/manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of NFPA standards and codes (IFC, IBC, NEC).
