Senior Fire Sprinkler Designer

📋 Description

• Design and layout fire sprinkler systems using AutoSprink and Revit.
• Coordinate piping with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and convert design dimensions to fabrication-ready measurements.
• Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Apply NFPA standards based on building type, construction type, hazard classification, and features.
• Prepare design submittal packages and manage design approvals and permits.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of fire protection design experience.
• Proven AutoSprink and/or Revit experience.
• NICET Level III–IV certification in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred.
• Strong NFPA 13, NFPA 13R, NFPA 13D knowledge.
• BIM coordination across multiple system types and manufacturers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; willingness to travel.
