Senior Fire Investigator - Ireland

📋 Description

• Attending incident scenes, documenting evidence, interviewing witnesses
• Acting as investigator in origin, cause and development of complex cases
• Producing high quality, detailed and accurate technical reports
• Providing expert witness evidence, where required
• Using Jensen Hughes’ case management system to log all case-related activity per SLA
• Attending joint examinations, utilizing the skills of specialists where necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fire investigation, fire engineering, or forensic science. Practical experience essential.
• Strong analytical skills and systematic forensic approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Frequent travel across Ireland and the UK; some overseas travel; driving licence.
• Ideally car owner.
