Senior Financial Representative, Fixed Assets

📋 Description

• Manage fixed asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, transfers.
• Review asset capitalization requests; maintain global asset registers.
• Perform month-end close: depreciation, reconciliations, variance analysis.
• Coordinate intercompany asset transfers with Procurement, AP, IT, Tax.
• Support quarterly/annual audits with schedules and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in accounting and finance.
• 3–5 years of fixed asset accounting or shared services experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP asset lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multi-entity asset environments.
• SOX exposure and audit support (preferred).
