Senior Financial Reporting and Technical Accountant

📋 Description

• Preparing consolidated financial statements and related disclosures under US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Assisting in complex accounting and reporting transactions (M&A, impairment analyses, currency, investments).
• Stock-based compensation accounting (RSUs/stock options); journal entries and reconciliations.
• Developing and maintaining accounting policies; researching FASB ASUs and SEC rules.
• Working with external auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audit.
• Partnering with global functions including Corporate Development, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Treasury.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant
• 3+ years public company or audit with US GAAP and SEC
• Experience reviewing complex contracts and documenting implications
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills
• Experience with Oracle and/or Workiva
• Prior Big 4 or large SEC registrant exposure
