Senior Financial Reconciliation Manager

📋 Description

• Own reconciliation integrity across transactions spanning multiple payment rails and accounts
• Architect the reconciliation structure for Mercury's de novo bank charter
• Design and operationalize a robust reconciliation controls framework aligned with regulatory expectations
• Lead and mentor a team of reconciliation analysts
• Drive strategy and optimization within BlackLine and reconciliation tooling
• Use data to identify systemic improvements and automate at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in reconciliation, with 3+ years in banking, fintech, or reconciliation tooling environments
• Experience optimizing data flows and automating reconciliation processes
• Strong knowledge of payment rails including Fedwire, ACH, and card settlement workflows
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement control frameworks
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and external partners
• Proven people leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and developing teams
