- Report to a Financial Crime Team Manager as part of a 12-person team handling complex EDD and cross-domain escalations.
- Review high-priority tasks such as enhanced due diligence (EDD) and open-source investigations when required.
- Answer escalations from Investigators and colleagues; escalate to Ops Analysts if needed.
- Coach colleagues on FinCrime Screening and support our global partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert to improve knowledge, skills and performance; boost team morale.
🎯 Requirements
- Solid experience in financial crime including CDD and EDD.
- Basic understanding of PEPs, Adverse Media and sanctions screening.
- Confident using open source information to inform reviews and investigations.
- Strong team player; provide actionable feedback to investigators and managers.
- Understanding of UK legislation/regulations around economic crime.
- Excellent time management; flexible; able to work with limited supervision.
