Senior Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Drive simplification and automation of financial accounting and reporting processes
• End-to-end understanding of business processes with accurate accounting in financial statements
• Identify and implement process improvements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Establish and maintain scalable internal controls
• Oversee day-to-day activities of multiple financial entities and processes
• Build relationships with Booking Finance teams including Compliance, Technical Accounting and Internal Audit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent desirable
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance
• Proficiency with SAP, Blackline, or similar accounting systems
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Public Accounting experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to translate process understanding into actionable accounting
