- FP&A experience: budgeting, variance analysis, executive reporting.
- Experience managing institutional relationships with banks/investors/rating agencies; manage reporting calendars.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; distill complex data for executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building processes in a startup-like environment.
