• Support FP&A for Cresco's retail ops; drive performance and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA/CPA preferred).
• 3-5+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in multi-unit retail environments preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience a plus but not required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; BI tools like Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
