📋 Description

• Lead month-end variance analysis for Retail with insights on drivers.
• Support quarterly shop forecasting and budget setting.
• Assist Retail Finance partner in meetings; escalate when needed.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses, modelling, and materials.
• Translate data into narratives to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead monthly reforecasting and annual budgeting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A experience.
• 5+ years finance with accounting and P&L.
• Retail industry experience.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication.
• Extensive P&L management, budgeting, forecasting.
• Autonomous; team player with accountability.
