Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Partner with Marketing, Customer Trust, and UX Design to support forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain dashboards, track metrics and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Build ad-hoc financial models for scenario planning and analysis.
• Support annual planning and budgeting across departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Create executive-level presentations distilling complex data for senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in finance, ideally FP&A at a public company.
• Ability to recognize and implement process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High standards of quality, accuracy, and fidelity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with all levels of management.
• Intermediate SQL experience.
