🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–7+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling
- Hands-on experience with financial planning software (Adaptive preferred)
- Solid understanding of P&L drivers and financial statements
- Experience preparing exec-level financial materials and presenting insights
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Preferred: Experience with revenue modeling and growth analytics
- Preferred: Experience consolidating financial plans across multiple business units or divisions
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting or leading system implementations or model redesigns
- Preferred: Early adopter of AI technologies and automation tools in a finance context
- Preferred: Experience in education, SaaS, or multi-brand environments
