🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5+ years of FP&A/commercial finance experience in CPG
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP
