- Enhance and maintain Adaptive Planning reports, models, and data
- Support annual budgeting and forecasts with Adaptive Planning
- Standardize FP&A processes, reporting packages, and analyses
- Assist month-end close: actuals, cost trends, variance analyses
- Collaborate with G&A to compile budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Liaise with business partners and Accounting on accruals per GAAP and SOX
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years FP&A experience with increasing responsibility
- Publicly traded biotech experience preferred
- Excel, financial modelling, PowerPoint, and planning tools
- Adaptive Planning experience preferred
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
