Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations

📋 Description

• Lead Adaptive Planning implementation and rewrite with PlanSimpli and Pit Crew.
• Design, build, and maintain planning models, sheets, and integrations.
• Deploy dashboards and reports for clear financial insights.
• Serve as internal Adaptive Planning SME; train Finance team.
• Troubleshoot platform issues; identify root causes; drive resolution.
• Support budgeting/forecasting for AOP and key drivers (revenue, headcount, OPEX).

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning: model building, sheets, integrations, admin.
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis in a complex environment.
• Strong problem-solving; able to tackle ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable across multiple data systems.
• Clear, concise cross-functional communication.
