Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and due-diligence docs.
Identify financial drivers, risks, and sensitivities affecting pricing and bids.
Build and refine cash-flow models for valuation and returns.
Partner with auction advisors and ops to build due diligence materials.
Synthesize market data into underwriting assumptions for auction positioning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
7+ years of commercial real estate financial analysis and underwriting experience
Familiarity with auction platforms and capital markets environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and real estate financial modeling
Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise
Demonstrated experience valuing income-producing real estate assets
