Embedded finance partner guiding annual planning, quarterly forecasts, real-time execution
Support high-priority workstreams across the Finance & Strategy team
Establish headcount planning, expense forecasting, and resource allocation
Design analytics to measure ROI of headcount and non-headcount spend
Collaborate with partners to build metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
Identify opportunities to automate and scale forecasting with AI-native tools

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or consulting
Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions; clear communication
Proven ability to build relationships across levels and teams
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset; own a domain end-to-end
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; SQL/Looker a plus
