📋 Description

• Underwrite investments across assets using Argus and Excel to assess value and returns.
• Analyze source documents: statements, budgets, rent rolls, leases, and loans.
• Identify critical property-level issues and provide recommendations.
• Compile and present analyses; address broker questions.
• Deliver data-backed presentations on risk, return, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, and brokerage to align materials with the brand.
• Support brokers by supplying financial and research materials for offering memoranda.
• Conduct location, market, property, tenant, and economic research for pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years CRE underwriting; advanced Excel modeling; 2+ years ARGUS.
• Experience valuing income-producing properties and abstracting leases.
• Build complex cash-flow models; interpret financial statements.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills; manage multiple assignments.
• Ability to work with high-performing, detail-driven professionals across disciplines.
• Strong judgment; meet client-driven expectations and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, proactive; see details and strategy.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
