Role focuses on financial modeling and forecasting.
Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial data.
Assist with commission processes: onboarding, terminations, payroll.
Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for leadership.
Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actuals.
Partner with functional area leaders on hiring, expenses, forecasting, and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Accounting/FP&A in a corporate SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Advanced Excel; Planful, Tableau, PowerPoint; AI/ML forecasting familiarity.
Strong critical thinking and autonomous work style.
Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
