Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales leadership and operations to improve performance insights and accountability.
• Analyze CAC by market and geography to guide financially sound sales decisions.
• Build and maintain Sales capacity models with key stakeholders.
• Be a trusted advisor to Sales leadership; understand data inputs/outputs.
• Analyze large data sets, synthesize insights, and present to executives.
• Drive month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting and variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 4+ years in SaaS FP&A or related finance roles.
• Advanced Excel: build sophisticated models.
• Advanced PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar.
• Deep understanding of SaaS financials, metrics, and valuation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for C-suite/investors.
