🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/CA/ICWA, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- IT/ITES/SaaS or fintech experience preferred.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success and Engineering; reviewing monthly financials.
- Excel proficiency; experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Zip, Workday a plus.
