Support cash flow forecasting and working capital insights
Partner with department leaders to translate initiatives into financial outcomes
Prepare executive reporting for leadership and investors
Build reports, decks, and dashboards for internal reporting
Identify process improvements to enhance forecasting and data integrity
Collaborate on ad hoc finance projects with Strategic Finance, Accounting, and IT

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years in Corporate FP&A preferred
Mastery of financial modeling (3-statement, NPV, DCF) and Excel
Knowledge of GAAP
Strong relationship-building with senior leadership
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with Workday Adaptive, NetSuite, or Zip is a plus
