- Own end-to-end ops management of the Startups app: review, tiering, approvals
- Evaluate applications to ensure alignment with criteria using internal/external data
- Ensure approved startups receive credit allocations and program resources based on tiering

- Build and maintain reporting to track applications, acceptances, activations, and ROI

🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in program management and operations, startup ecosystem programs, revenue operations, growth operations, or similar
- Experience communicating directly with customers, triaging inquiries, prioritizing, escalations, and clarity
- Experience managing or operating structured, global, tiered programs at scale
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience building dashboards and deriving insights from data
- Deep operational discipline with attention to detail and process documentation
- Excellent written communication skills
