- Own monthly Revenue Flash, MBR, and exec reports.
- Lead OpEx and headcount reporting across cost centers.
- Maintain headcount and vendor reporting, incl. hiring plans.
- Forecast OpEx and headcount; reconcile in Abacum FP&A system.
- Partner with budget owners to explain variances and risks.
- Support product, revenue, and strategic analytics.
- Build driver-based models linking metrics to outcomes.
- Prepare materials for senior leadership and board.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years FP&A/Finance/Accounting experience.
- Strong in management reporting, OpEx, headcount analytics.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Netsuite, Abacum or similar FP&A tools.
- BI tools: Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Bonus: broker-dealer/fintech or treasury experience.
