Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and dashboards.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-range planning.
Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy.
Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5–8+ years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
