Own the FP&A process for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Art Studio, Sales, and Marketing
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor performance
Identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions
Initiate deep-dive analyses (profitability, product lines, segments) and present recommendations
Champion process improvements and automation to scale finance operations

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
Proactively identify opportunities, anticipate business needs, and take initiative
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis
Experience using data to create high-level insights and strategic recommendations
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), ERP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication; present financial information clearly
