- Lead end-to-end finance transformations across QTC, P2P, R2R, H2R.
- Define target-state processes for automation and efficiency.
- Drive AI-enabled finance transformation (forecasting, reconciliation, reporting).
- Partner with leadership to shape the finance transformation roadmap for growth and IPO readiness.
- Liaison between Finance and Business Systems/IT; translate needs into specs.
- Establish CFO PMO with governance, milestones, and benefits realization.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects (post-merger, ERP/automation, controls).
- Build intake, metrics, and reporting to track progress and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting with Finance Transformation and QTC.
- Cross-functional leadership across Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Deep knowledge of QTC, P2P, R2R, H2R and related systems (ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing).
- PMO leadership with delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset; ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans.
