Senior Finance Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day NetSuite administration (roles, configurations, integrations)
• Maintain and optimize finance systems: Zip, Pigment, Ramp, Concur, FloQast
• Manage integrations with Workday, Ironclad, Equity system
• Develop reports, dashboards, and saved searches for insights
• Lead evaluation, testing, and implementation of new features and integrations
• Partner with finance and operations to define evolving system requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field (or equivalent)
• 7+ years building and supporting finance systems in a global org
• Experience managing or implementing financial systems (NetSuite, Zip, Coupa)
• Strong understanding of general accounting, OTC, P2P, and financial reporting
• Experience integrating financial apps with third-party systems (Pigment, Concur, Workday)
• Ability to design solutions and engage with senior stakeholders in Accounting, Tax, and Finance
