Senior Finance Manager - Business Health

📋 Description

• Automate close and forecast with proper controls in our systems.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Plan, execute, and deliver key strategic FP&A projects on time and budget.
• Collaborate with Tax and IT to drive FP&A tool adoption.
• Drive change management to enable adoption of new processes and tech.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading or supporting FP&A process improvement, enablement, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management, agile, and turning complex processes into simple, repeatable solutions.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
